Terms of Use

By using SmartWorks Tech - MyFavoriteLinks, each user agrees to manage only links and information they are authorized to store and access.

Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and for maintaining accurate profile information.

Content Responsibility

Users are responsible for saved links, notes, groups, categories, and any optional access notes entered into the application.

Administrator Responsibility

Administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate roles, disabling accounts that should no longer have access, and protecting the Super Administrator account.

Plus Subscriptions

When Plus subscriptions become available, the price, renewal period, and any introductory offer will be displayed before checkout. Plus renews annually unless cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term, and downgrading does not delete saved links or To Do data.

Billing Provider

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. MyFavoriteLinks does not store complete payment-card numbers. Billing availability and refund terms presented during checkout form part of these Terms.
