Privacy Policy

SmartWorks Tech - MyFavoriteLinks stores account profile details, saved links, groups, views, categories, and To Do items needed to provide the link-management service.

Account Data

Profile fields may include name, email address, optional phone number, optional address, account status, role, login timestamps, confirmation status, and account status flags.

Saved Link Data

Links, categories, views, groups, and optional access notes are stored for the signed-in account and used to render the MyFavoriteLinks dashboard.

Security

Passwords are stored as password hashes. Password reset links are temporary. Administrator access is role-restricted.

Subscription Data

When a user subscribes to Plus, Stripe processes the payment. MyFavoriteLinks stores Stripe customer and subscription references, plan and billing status, renewal and cancellation dates, and limited webhook processing records. It does not store complete payment-card numbers.

Advertising

Free accounts may see clearly labeled SmartWorks Tech or reviewed third-party advertising. We record placement impressions and outbound clicks to report campaign performance. For local and regional delivery, we may use approximate country, state or region, city, and postal-area information supplied by our network provider. Reporting uses an environment-specific hashed visitor identifier for reach and frequency limits; advertisers receive aggregate campaign results and do not receive the identifier, an IP address, or personal link-library data. Advertiser scripts are not installed in the application.

Advertiser Requests

When a prospective advertiser submits a request, we collect its business and contact details, website, requested package, timing, and campaign notes to review eligibility, respond, and administer an approved placement.
